Users are often forgotten during the development and implementation of healthcare processes, creating a challenging system to navigate. Barriers to care disproportionately affect some patients' access to care, including physical therapist and preventative care.

In my work, I am attempting to address these barriers by describing the barriers patients experience, exploring how patients interact with the health system, and developing healthcare products that improve patients' access, experience, and outcomes.
